Headlands Center for the Arts, Saulsalito, CA
Sadie is a total lifesaver!! My husband and I hired Sadie as our wedding coordinator in August of 2010 and she came through in countless ways time and time again. From the very beginning, she recommended vendors, ideas and strategies that made our wedding unique, green, and creatively in-budget. On the day of the wedding, she was on top of the million tasks we assigned to her-- from managing the schedule and corralling wandering family members, to hanging string after string of white lights and arranging favors, to paying our vendors for us so we could enjoy our guests. She thought of numerous details for us that we wouldn't have thought about and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make everything look effortless.
I cannot recommend Sadie highly enough! Read our blog post about their wedding here & see our feature in Style Me Pretty here.

Sadie is coordinating my wedding which is in March of 2010 in Oakland, and she has been amazing! Just in the last few weeks    she has recommended vendors, visited my wedding site, and gotten me organized! I feel confident she will make my vision  happen, she is so organized and great with vendors and with keeping me in the loop.
She has also made some great recommendations about making my wedding more eco friendly without increasing my budget, in fact some of her recommendations have saved me money! Sadie is so easy to get along with and really puts everyone at ease. I know i'm in good hands.

ATTENTION ALL BRIDES: Do NOT get married without Sadie!
I got married in February 2009, and I hesitated to hire a day of coordinator because I thought I could do it myself in the interest of saving money.  I did not however, want my family and friends to "work" at my wedding.  So, after going back and forth, my husband and I decided to hire Sadie.  She was recommended to us by my husband's best friend and his fiance.  Let me tell you this, on our flight to Hawaii the day after, I told my husband that Sadie was the best money we spent for the wedding, and she was worth triple her price! IMCC 2009 - International Marine Conservation Congress
Sadie joined our planning team four months before the International Marine Conservation Congress began and immediately took charge of planning our opening ceremony and  reception at the Smithsonian's Sant Ocean Hall in Washington DC. She was professional, exceptionally organized, a strong communicator and a pleasure to work with. The logistics of the conference were quite complicated with international speakers, multiple locations, transportation needs and over 1,200 attendees. Sadie selected vendors within our budget who could  provide excellent services and meet our Green Initiatives. The Smithsonian reception was a huge success and a great way to kick-off  our conference.

Inter-cultural  (Iranian & Italian) Wedding - Laguna Hills, CA
One Big Fish played a huge role in my recent wedding (various aspects of planning, organization, and most importantly dealing
with multiple people under stressful circumstances) and I would highly recommend contacting them before planning an event
of  any kind. Throughout the entire process, Sadie was extremely committed, always available, and full of ideas.  Bonus points
for temperament: she was calm and collected throughout, even when  the people and circumstances around her were tense.

Inter-cultural  (Iranian & French) Wedding - Laguna Hills, CA
My husband and I are thrilled that we chose Sadie to be our event coordinator. Prior to the big day, we worked with Sadie to set-
up the timeline of the wedding. Sadie
helped us to create an extremely detailed time line making sure we had enough time for
all the photographs we wanted, to do our first dance, to eat, make some table visitations, make toasts, cut our cake and eat it
too.  She was extremely efficient and professional...Click here to read more...
